Shipping policy

Processing time is currently 3-5 business days. This is the time it takes us to process your order and get it ready for shipping. Shipping times vary depending on where they order is going to. Orders ship out from Honolulu, Hawaii.

All orders are shipped via USPS and come with a tracking number. Mama Kine Tings, LLC is not responsible for any lost or returned packages. If your tracking number says delivered and you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly.

Please make sure to double check your mailing address when checking out. If you notice an error was made after checkout, please email us ASAP at: mamakinetings@gmail.com. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund within 7-14 business days.
